First: most of my entries are for friends only. If you are interested, please let me know.
Beside loving gardening, chatting with friends, cooking, technic, history, science, learn stories about other people (especially when they live under other circumstances then me), building my house myself (with the help of very nice friends), visiting museums, learning new things - especially things I am not talented for (like foreign languages, including English) and so on.
I am also an extreme book- and movie-collector.
Because of my really strong love for movies I am interested in a few actors, usually they are multitalented, down to earth kind of actors and helpful to others (as I know).
For example (in no particular order and absolut not complete):
-Hugh Jackman, for be able to laugh about himself ('stage-accident') and the movie 'Erskinevile Kings', what is in many points 'my' life/movie and simple the fun he shows during his work
<
-Jim Byrnes, for being the first handicapped I know about, who has shown it as quite normal in a tv-series (one of the many reasons I love 'Wiseguy') and his CD's / music

-Ken Wahl for the 'Wiseguy' series and 'Purple Heart' and some other reasons. Not for all of his political ideas...

-Antonio Banderas for playing Brecht in the Franco regime, what ended for him in jail and doing stuff like 'Crazy in Alabama' the movies 'Desperado' and 'Zorro' and his version of 'This Boots are Made for Walking' (Shrek 2 S.E.DVD), what is one of the 'livefullest' (zest for life) songs I had ever heard

-Viggo Mortensen for 'Indian Runner', 'LotR', 'A History of Violence' and his way of showing his political ideas, even when I do not agree with all of what he says....

-Gary Sinise for engaging himself for others like for 'Operation Iraqi Children' as well as for his acting and directing abilities for movies and stage like in 'Of Mice and Men' or 'True West' (stage) as well as his way to play the bass (Lt. Dan Band) - he really seems to have fun to do that. I guess the most will know him for his portrayel of Lt. Dan in Forrest Gump or as Truman or Wallace or as Mac Taylor at CSI NY - what I also enjoy very much.

-Sean Bean since 'Stormy Monday', movies... like 'Extremely Dangerous' and all of his 'Sharpe' movies and 'LotR' and for being a 100% Blade and his accent (for me nearly music)

and all people who are open minded and/or were able to stand up again in a positive mood (helpful) after going through really bad times, even when I do not know them.
I hate especially nationalists and all kind of people, who try to force their way of living/religion/moral... on other people.

and a few others, especially if they have a long story arc.
Favourite music: Blues, Rock, Blues-Rock, some Country, some Klassik.... but no 'teen-pop'...
my absolut not complete movie list not for dial-up!
